It.Is.Finished!
This is the post I've been dying to share with you, it's been almost two YEARS in the making, but Dzintars officially has a new last name and a family to love him forever!! All adoption trips between the U.S. and L@tvia are complete and this boy who used to ask his orphanage director EVERY.SINGLE.DAY for a family has one of his very own!!
